In an attempt to combat 'Blue Monday' feelings we here at Alien:Nation have decided to do this postcard project to try and ease the pain of Blue Monday while raising money for an extremely good cause,Waterford City River Rescue. 100% of the proceeds will go to these amazing humans who do such harrowing and important work.

Blue Monday is something that's probably quite close to us all whether we realise it or not. This year it falls on the 16th of January. It is a day when the wonder and whimsy of the Christmas period has fallen away, and we are left with the often overspent and underwhelmed reality of the rest of the fecking year! Some people are dealing with this as well as their own mental,emotional and personal problems, adding another layer of exhaustion and sadness to what can already be a hard time.
